Description
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers
- Handle cash transactions and operate the register
- Train new staff on drink preparation and customer service
- Monitor stock and assist with inventory management
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal education required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a coffee shop or similar environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong flexibility in meeting customer demands and adapting to varying workloads.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with occasional standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for coffee.
