- Prepare a variety of high-quality coffee beverages and teas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and customer area.
- Engage with customers to provide friendly, prompt service and information about menu items.
- Train and mentor new baristas on coffee preparation techniques and customer service standards.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately while maintaining records of sales.
