Description
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and teas.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, ability to multitask, consistency in quality, and flexibility to adapt to various tasks.
