- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with patrons.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent coffee knowledge, and exceptional communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced cafe environment, may involve standing for extended periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be flexible, consistent, and possess strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
