Job Description
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
- Maintain cash drawer and ensure balanced transactions.
- Promote bank products and services to customers.
- Adhere to security and compliance regulations.
- Assist with account openings and maintenance.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, due diligence in handling transactions, excellent interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, friendly, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work on-site in Morong, Rizal.
