Description
- Prepare baked goods, maintain kitchen cleanliness, assist in inventory management, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts.
- Ensure high-quality standards and presentation of baked goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area.
- Follow recipes and adjust them as needed for taste and consistency.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and equipment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team for efficient service.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or food preparation environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong cooking and baking skills, exceptional kitchen hygiene standards, and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment requiring heavy lifting and standing for prolonged periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-starter, strong communication skills, discretion, and ability to work well in a team.
