Position Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Representative to support our business clients through outbound and inbound sales activities. This role focuses on lead generation, qualification, and closing sales while building strong client relationships in a fast-paced BPO environment. This is a remote role supporting the US market.

Salary Range: PHP 15,000 – 25, 000 (Depending on experience) + Incentives

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Time (PHT)

Work Arrangement: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective B2B clients

• Qualify leads by identifying business needs and decision-makers

• Present products or services using a consultative sales approach

• Generate new sales opportunities and close deals

• Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs

• Handle objections and negotiate professionally

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and market trends

Qualifications / Required Skills and Experience:

• At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate

• Minimum of 1-year B2B sales experience (BPO or call center experience preferred)

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

• Proven negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

• Must be willing and able to work on a US Time Zone (night shift PH time)
