以下のいずれかの分野で「構築以上のご経験」がある方を歓迎します


サーバ・ミドルウェア

  • Linux／Windows Server の設計・構築・運用設計
  • SQL Serverのチューニング・高可用性構成（クラスタ／冗長化）
  • VMware vSphereなど仮想基盤の最適化・運用設計
  • Active Directory（GPO設計／複数拠点統合など）


運用基盤

  • JP1（AJS/IM）やCLUSTERPROなどの運用設計・構築
  • 障害自動対応や運用フロー改善の提案・実装


AWSクラウド基盤

  • AWSにおけるインフラアーキテクチャ設計・構築
  • 各種サービス：EC2 / VPC / Lambda / CloudWatch / CodePipeline など
  • クラウド移行（オンプレ→AWS）やIaC（Terraform, CloudFormation）活用


ネットワーク・セキュリティ

  • BGP/OSPF等のルーティング設計、Cisco・Juniper製品の構築経験
  • SASE（PrismaAccess）、認証（Cisco ISE／Juniper NAC）、無線（Mist）などの構築・最適化
  • Palo Alto PAシリーズなどを用いたセキュリティポリシー設計・導入


Working Hours:

Fixed Schedule·09:00-18:00·年俸制（月給＝年俸÷12ヶ月・定期賞与無し）／昇給年1回（2025年度は全エンジニアが昇給しています）／平均残業時間：月10時間程度／固定残業代20時間含む

Holidays and Work Styles:

Full Two-Day Weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays Off)
