Job Description

  • Perform major and minor repairs, PMS schedules and systematic trouble shooting of equipment undergoing preventive maintenance.
  • Do systematic trouble shooting and repair of major components. (Engine, Transmission, Differential, Axle).
  • Brake and pneumatic system check-up / repair.
  • Conduct Steering system check-up / repair to include alignment of front suspension, repair / overhaul of steering pump, gear box and other related parts.
  • Conduct suspension repairs (bogie unit repairs including spring / bushing and torque rods)
  • Conduct basic / minor electrical failures, replacement of bulb . fuses and welding jobs
  • Conduct other equipment related jobs as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor / Chief Mechanic.
  • Vocational graduate and or High School Graduate.
  • At least 2 years of work experience as Light / Heavy Equipment Mechanic.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
