Description
- Graduate of any Automotive Technology Course
- Must have an in-depth knowledge of automotive systems and a solid understanding of engines, brake system, electrical system, and other vehicle components
- Must have at least 2 years work experience in teaching in the Automotive industry
- Possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, plus commitment to trainee success and safety
- Must be computer literate
- Must have the ability to compose periodic reports
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is mandatory.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in teaching methods; mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assess student progress, and manage classroom environments.
- Working Conditions: Standard classroom settings with occasional outdoor activities.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, creativity, and adaptability are essential.
