Overview

We’re looking for a reliable Automation Specialist who can start immediately to build, optimize, and maintain workflows using Zapier, Airtable, Monday.com, and GoHighLevel. This role focuses on eliminating manual work, improving system reliability, and supporting scalable operations through smart automations.

This is a part-time role (4–5 hours per day) for someone who can work independently and deliver clean, well-documented solutions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain advanced Zapier automations (multi-step Zaps, filters, paths, webhooks)
• Design and optimize Airtable bases, formulas, linked records, and automations
• Configure and automate workflows in Monday.com
• Build and maintain GoHighLevel workflows, triggers, pipelines, and integrations
• Sync data across CRMs, forms, dashboards, and internal tools
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing automations
• Document workflows clearly for internal use
• Recommend system and process improvements

• Strong experience with Zapier (advanced)
• Solid working knowledge of Airtable
• Hands-on experience with Monday.com
• Experience with GoHighLevel automations and pipelines
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong logical and problem-solving skills
• Clear written communication
