We’re looking for a Workflow Automation Specialist who’s an expert in automation and ready to jump in ASAP. You’re fluent in n8n, Make.com, IFTTT, and Zapier, capable of designing and optimizing powerful workflows from day one. Your expertise will help us build a game-changing library of automation solutions for businesses worldwide. If you’re passionate about automation, enjoy solving complex workflow challenges, and love turning ideas into action, we want to hear from you!

1. Business Process Automation & Optimization

• Identifying manual, repetitive, and time-consuming tasks that can be automated.
• Collaborating with businesses to analyze workflows and recommend automation solutions.
• Mapping out current processes and redesigning them for efficiency using automation tools.

2. Workflow Development & Implementation

• Building custom workflows in n8n, Make, IFTTT, and Zapier for various business needs.
• Automating tasks such as data entry, notifications, lead management, customer support, invoicing, and reporting.
• Setting up multi-step automations with conditional logic, delays, and filters.
• Connecting and integrating APIs and webhooks to extend automation capabilities.
• Ensuring cross-platform compatibility between CRMs, e-commerce platforms, databases, and communication tools.

3. API Integration & Customization

• Utilizing API calls to connect apps that are not natively supported.
• Writing custom JavaScript, Python, or HTTP requests for advanced automation scenarios.
• Managing OAuth authentication and API keys for secure connections.

4. Testing, Monitoring & Optimization

• Conducting extensive testing to ensure automations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Debugging and troubleshooting automation failures.
• Monitoring workflows and optimizing them for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

5. Documentation & Training

• Creating detailed workflow documentation for future reference.
• Training teams on how to use and manage automated processes.
• Providing ongoing support, updates, and improvements to automations.

• Design impactful solutions: Develop creative and effective automation workflows that help our B2B clients streamline operations, reduce costs, and boost efficiency.
• Think outside the box: Bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to enhance our automation offerings.
• Drive success: Take initiative in shaping automation strategies that deliver real value to our clients.
