- Roll-out of In-house Trainings and external training

- Monitor Online learning platforms

- Implement needed training programs needed by each department

- Outsource & coordinate with external training providers

- Regularly evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness

- Assist and conduct training programs

- Conducts regular training needs analysis

- Monitor corporate training budget & expenses

- Create and monitor training reports
