LICA Group is a prominent player in the banking industry in the Philippines. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are looking for an experienced Junior Lawyer who will join our Legal Team.


  • Review and analyze various contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Identify and communicate potential legal risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including but not limited to contracts, memoranda, and other corporate documents.
  • Assist in the preparation, filing, and maintenance of legal pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of legal filings.
  • Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law to support legal opinions and decisions.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.
  • Must be a member of the Philippine Bar in good standing.
  • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in corporate law is an advantage but not required.
