Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused Assistant Account Manager to support our growing events team. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and our internal team, assisting in the planning and execution of various events—from intimate weddings to large-scale corporate celebrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Account Manager in handling client communications and day-to-day coordination
  • Attend client meetings, take minutes, and follow through on assigned action items
  • Help manage timelines, budgets, supplier bookings, and event documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding quotations, contracts, and delivery schedules
  • Assist in preparing event decks, proposals, and mood boards
  • Maintain and organize event files and records (digital and hard copies)
  • Conduct on-site support during events, including logistics, styling, and client assistance
  • Manage RSVP tracking, seating charts, and program flows
  • Monitor social media mentions, supplier relations, and after-event follow-ups
  • Stay updated on industry trends and contribute fresh ideas for client experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM), Events Management, Communications, Marketing, or any related field
  • A minimum of 1 year of of experience in events, marketing, or client servicing is preferred. Fresh grads are also welcome!
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Filipino)
  • Highly dependable, resourceful, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays, depending on event schedules
  • Weekend and holiday work requirements will vary based on specific event schedules and client needs
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, and project management tools
  • Basic proficiency in Canva for creating templates and simple design work
  • Familiarity with any project management software tools for task coordination and timeline management
  • Passion for events and a people-first mindset
  • Open to long-term employment and career growth within the company
