- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional service quality.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities.
Requirements
- Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Skills and Competencies:Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Strong command of the English language.

- Ability to effectively schedule and manage operations.
