Manage and process sales orders from customers.

Create and archive sales documents (invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, etc.).

Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Maintain communication with customers regarding the status of orders and deliveries.

Enter sales data into the ERP system or accounting/company software.

Assist the sales team with administrative and documentation tasks.

Ensure consistency between order data, delivery, and payment.

Coordinate with the warehouse, finance, and shipping teams to ensure smooth sales processes.

Minimum education is high school/vocational school equivalent (D3/Bachelor's degree preferred).

Minimum of 1 year experience in sales administration.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP/sales software.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.

Communicative and capable of working in a team.
