RESTAURANT AREA SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Area Manager to oversee multiple restaurant branches and ensure operational excellence, team performance, and customer satisfaction.

Work Location: Multiple branches / Area assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of assigned restaurant branches
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
• Monitor sales performance, costs, and profitability of each store
• Lead, coach, and evaluate store managers and staff
• Ensure high levels of customer service and food safety standards
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Management for staffing and training needs
• Prepare and submit operational and performance reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience as an Area Manager or Multi-Unit Manager in the restaurant or F&B industry
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple locations and teams
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours
• With Own License and Motorcycle
