Role Description

This is a full-time role for Area Sales Managers who will be assigned in specific areas. The ASM will be responsible for leading sales team from branches, developing strategies, managing key accounts, analyzing market trends, and ensuring targets are met. The role involves Sales Strategy & Execution, Client Relationship Management, Business Development, Store Management and ensuring the store meets financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven sales experience in retail
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
