We are looking for a high-performing and competitive Sales Supervisor to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive. You will be responsible to make the most of our sales team potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate sales representatives and telemarketers to meet and exceed goals
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions and support
• Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
• Meet sales quotas and goals; propose and supervise promotional activities
• Handle recruitment, hiring, and training of new sales representatives
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with key accounts and suppliers

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in branch management, retail, or similar business industries
• Proven track record in leadership, customer service, and financial management
• Skills and competencies:
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and branch management software
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
