The Area Manager – Marketing Services will oversee and manage marketing operations, campaigns, and promotional activities across multiple locations within the assigned region. The role requires strategic planning, team leadership, close coordination with sales and operations, and ensuring marketing initiatives are executed effectively to meet business growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement goals.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, plans, and promotional programs for the area in alignment with company objectives and brand guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer preferences in the assigned area, and recommend adjustments to strategies as needed.
• Plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns (digital, offline, experiential, events) to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
• Manage the marketing budget for the area; ensure efficient allocation of resources; track and report on ROI of marketing spend.
• Collaborate with operations, creative, and other functional teams to ensure promotional materials, signage, product displays, merchandising, and other touchpoints are consistent and effective.
• Oversee team members (e.g., Marketing Coordinators, Promoters, Agencies) in the area; including hiring, training, performance management, coaching, and development.
• Ensure consistent communications and implementation standards across all locations in the area.
• Maintain relationships with local partners, vendors, media, sponsors, and stakeholders for joint promotions or events.
• Ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements (advertising standards, permits, brand usage, etc.).
• Address and resolve any issues in marketing execution (logistics, collateral quality, local adaptations) promptly.
