Description
- Develop comprehensive architectural designs and detailed plans for various projects.
- Utilize drafting software and tools to create 2D and 3D models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and construction phases.
- Conduct site evaluations and assessments to inform design decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance design innovation.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience Level:3–5 years of professional experience in architectural design
- Skills and Competencies:Proficiency in SketchUp, BIM, ARCHICAD, Lumion, and AUTOCAD
- Qualities and Traits:Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
- Working Conditions:Ability to work in a dynamic office environment and on-site during construction phases
