- Supervise and manage architectural works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth site execution
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and samples for architectural works
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship quality, and safety compliance
- Ensure proper implementation of design details for general construction and/or interior fit-out works
- Identify and resolve site issues, discrepancies, and clashes between architectural and MEP/structural works
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and daily/weekly work logs
- Assist in quantity take-offs, material planning, and coordination with procurement teams
- Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors and provide technical input
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with local building codes, standards, and project requirements
