QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Architecture
2. Licensed Architect
3. With basic proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, and Sketchup
4. With basic understanding in building codes, regulations and quality standards
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design Development and Documentation
- Prepares architectural drawings, models, presentations as instructed
- Develops schematic designs and layout
- Prepares designs that adhere to building codes, regulations and quality standards
- Prepares accurate technical outputs
- Assists in creating, organizing and updating project documents and reports
