About the Role

We are looking for a long-term Amazon Sales Manager who takes full ownership of performance and knows how to hound tasks, follow through, and get things done. This role is heavily focused on data-driven growth, especially improving organic CTR and CVR through better creatives, keywords, and listing optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own overall Amazon sales performance end-to-end
• Track and analyze organic CTR & CVR using Brand Analytics and Business Reports
• Identify conversion drop-offs and traffic quality issues
• Drive creative ideation for hero images, infographics, lifestyle images, and A+ content
• Lead keyword research for organic ranking and listing SEO
• Optimize titles, bullets, images, and A+ content to improve organic performance
• Coordinate closely with PPC, design, and operations teams
• Hound tasks: follow up with team members, push timelines, and ensure execution
• Monitor competitors, category trends, and marketplace changes

Job Requirements

• Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Proven understanding of Brand Analytics, CTR, and CVR (especially organic)
• Hands-on experience with listing optimization & keyword strategy
• High sense of ownership and accountability
• Proactive, persistent, and not afraid to chase tasks until completed
• Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset
