Description

  • Plans, monitors, installs, and adjusts the full range of aircon, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
  • Supervision and monitoring of mechanical works and accredited contractors.
  • Track, analyze, and report on progress, trends, issues, and recommend solutions and improvements.
  • Can perform preventive maintenance procedures and use test equipment.
  • Perform any and all duties which may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in handling ventilation, airconditoning and refrigeration installation and maintenance.
  • Can communicate with contractors and tenants.
  • Flexible about working hours.
  • Ability to work independently and long hours with little supervision.
  • Computer Literate.
