Qualifications:

• Proven experience writing, testing, and optimizing prompts for AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude to achieve consistent, high-quality outputs.
• Ability to design structured prompt workflows and frameworks that support repeatable, scalable, and accurate AI performance.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in prompt iteration, output evaluation, and continuous accuracy improvement.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into precise AI instructions.Advantageous experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make), templates, and a basic understanding of APIs or structured data formats such as JSON.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and the ability to align AI workflows with sales, marketing, or operational processes.
