Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead a small AI technology team (3–6 members), responsible for deploying AI solutions in exchange business scenarios, including but not limited to risk management, user growth, customer service, data analysis, and intelligent tooling.

2. Plan team activities, break down objectives, allocate tasks, and monitor progress to ensure quality and efficiency of deliverables.

3. Collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, blockchain development, and data teams to drive deep integration of AI technologies with core exchange operations.

4. Stay abreast of cutting-edge AI technologies and blockchain industry application trends, promoting the exploration and adoption of innovative solutions on the platform.

5. Mentor team members and establish a high-performance engineering culture and technical standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

2. Over 5 years of relevant experience in AI, machine learning, or big data, including at least 2 years in team management or project leadership roles.

3. Expertise in one or more areas such as deep learning, NLP, recommendation systems, risk modeling, or intelligent customer service, with proven implementation experience.

4. Strong affinity for the digital currency and blockchain industry; prior experience in exchanges, fintech, or blockchain is a plus.

5. Experience at leading technology/finance/AI companies or in early-stage startups (0→1) is preferred.

6. Excellent communication, cross-departmental collaboration skills, and a goal-driven mindset.
