Job Description
- Identify potential customers and qualify leads
- Present products and/or services to potential customers
- Develop strong relationships with potential, new, and existing clients
- Oversee a portfolio of existing accounts, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction
- Address customer needs and resolve issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders as needed
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance data
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales quotas
