Description

  • Provide technical assistance and support for products post-sale.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist in product troubleshooting and offer solution recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team for complex issues.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-2 years of experience in after-sales technical support.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and customer service abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional travel to client sites.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, patient, and proactive in problem-solving.
