- Provide technical assistance and support to customers after product purchase.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to enhance product performance.
- Technical Course Graduate (Licensed Engineer is an advantage)
- With basic knowledge about IT Products, etc.
- Preferably with Sales & Marketing experience but not required.
- Multi-tasker, team-player and can easily build rapport to clients.
