- Provide expert technical assistance to customers post-purchase.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams for solutions.
- Document support interactions and update the knowledge base.
- Train customers on product usage and best practices.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience as a technician or in quality audit roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in technical tasks, quality inspection, and documentation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct audits, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Working Conditions: Generally office-based with occasional fieldwork; may involve manual tasks.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, motivated, and strong communication skills necessary.
