Job Description

We are looking for a creative and self-driven professional to join our dynamic startup team. This role blends creative motion design and execution, in this role, you will take mobile game ad concepts from ideation to final delivery. You will be responsible for producing captivating video ads using After Effects, leveraging the latest AI tools for asset generation, integrating sound and music, and ensuring all visuals are engaging and on-brand. You’ll work closely with internal teams, own your projects from start to finish, and deliver high-quality ads on tight deadlines for the biggest gaming companies in the world.

Key Responsibilities

Produce Mobile Game Ads - Turn creative briefs into engaging video ads exclusively in After Effects.
AI‑Driven Asset Generation - Leverage AI tools to create and optimize visual assets for faster, more creative output.
Sound & Music Integration - Edit and sync sound effects, music, and voiceovers for polished, impactful videos.
Motion Graphics & Special Effects - Design transitions, titles, and graphical elements that elevate storytelling. Cross‑Team Collaboration - Work with Creative Leads, Production, and Marketing to align on requirements and revisions.
Project Ownership - Own your projects end-to-end, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely execution. Efficiency & Quality Control -Meet tight deadlines by refining workflows and maintaining high standards.

Required Skills & Experience

After Effects Expertise -Strong command of keyframing, compositing, expressions, and effects integration.
Motion Design Fundamentals - Excellent sense of timing, composition, and visual storytelling.
AI Tools Familiarity - Experience using AI‑driven asset generators—or willingness to learn quickly.
Audio Editing - Ability to balance audio levels and sync voiceovers within AE.
Communication - Fluent English (spoken and written) with clear, concise visual concept explanations.
Experience - 2–4 years in motion graphics or video production roles, ideally in gaming or digital ads.
Amenable to work M to F, 4pm to 1am Manila time

Nice to Have

3D Modeling & Animation - Skills in 3D software (e.g., Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D) to create or refine 3D assets for ads.
Graphic Design / Illustration - Ability to design additional elements or refine existing visuals for stronger ad impact.
