- Demonstrate product use and application techniques
- Meet sales targets and build customer loyalty
- Keep shelves stocked and displays attractive

- Proven experience as a Beauty Consultant, Sales Associate, or similar role in cosmetics/skincare.
- Passion for beauty and up-to-date knowledge of products and trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and engaging personality.
- Sales-driven and goal-oriented.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma/certificate in cosmetology or a related field is a plus.
