Job Title: Inquiry Management Representative

Location: Remote Type / Home Based

Employment Type: Full-Time


About the Role

Are you a people person with a passion for real estate? We are looking for a dynamic Inquiry Management Representative to be the first point of contact for our prospective tenants. Your primary mission is to turn simple inquiries into successful site viewings by providing helpful, timely, and engaging information about our rental properties.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prompt Engagement: Respond to client inquiries across various platforms (email, phone, social media) in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients, guiding them through the initial stages of the rental process.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the calendar for property site viewings, ensuring a seamless experience for both the client and the field agent.
  • Property Research: Become an expert on our listings. You’ll research property features, amenities, and local neighborhood highlights (schools, transport, shops) to use as key selling points.
  • Data Management: Keep accurate records of client interactions and feedback to help improve our service.


Requirements

  • Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. You should be able to convey enthusiasm and clarity.
  • Adaptability: A flexible mindset—real estate moves fast, and no two days are the same.
  • Resilience: Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of inquiries during peak seasons.
  • Detail-Oriented: Great organizational skills, especially when it comes to scheduling and researching property details.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, scheduling software, and communication apps.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or real estate is a plus but not required.
