About the Role

We’re looking for a seasoned and visionary Advertising Account Director to lead our client portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in 360° advertising and client management. You’ll oversee multiple accounts, guide the team in delivering world-class campaigns, and drive growth opportunities for both clients and the agency.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong, long-term relationships

Lead the strategic planning and execution of integrated advertising campaigns across all channels (digital, TV, OOH, print, etc.)

Ensure all campaigns meet business objectives, timelines, and quality standards

Oversee Account Supervisors and Account Managers, mentoring and developing the team

Collaborate with internal departments (creative, strategy, media, production) to ensure seamless execution

Present campaign strategies, performance reports, and recommendations to clients

Identify opportunities for new business and account growth

Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., Ad Standards Council/ASC)

Represent the agency in high-level client meetings and industry events

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in advertising or related field with proven client leadership experience

Extensive experience managing 360° campaigns across digital, TV, OOH, print, etc.

Strong leadership skills, with experience guiding Account Supervisors and junior team members

Excellent client servicing, negotiation, and presentation skills

Highly organized, strategic, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

Deep understanding of advertising trends and industry standards

Proactive, collaborative, and a strong team player with a growth mindset
