Administrative Support

• Prepare, edit, and proofread team-related documents, reports, and meeting minutes
• Handle correspondence, including emails and letters, and manage document filing and archiving
• Assist in preparing materials and scheduling for team meetings and events

Information Management

• Organize, categorize, and archive daily data, documents, and information
• Coordinate and maintain internal communication channels to ensure the accurate delivery of information
• Manage and update project or client databases and documents

Cross-Department Communication and Coordination

• Assist in facilitating communication and coordination between departments to ensure information is conveyed and tasks are followed up on efficiently
• Follow up on various administrative tasks to ensure smooth cross-department collaboration and task completion
• Act as a liaison between the team and other departments, organizing and scheduling cross-departmental meetings and coordinating tasks

Team Support

• Provide daily support to team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Facilitate communication and cooperation within the team, ensuring smooth information flow

Other Duties:

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager and respond flexibly to urgent needs

• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in team assistant or administrative roles.
• Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, highly organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, responsible, capable of working under pressure, and possessing a strong team spirit.
