Process Receipt of Stock (ROES)
Prepare and monitor issuance of Memorandum of Receipt (MR)
Monitor and schedule general cleaning of office and facilities
Monitor billing statement for Admin-related vendors such as Security Agency, drinking water supply, etc.
Monitor stock replenishments for Pantry and Janitorial supplies
Assist with the purchasing transactions as needed
Process and monitor billing for utilities e.g. Water/Electric/Telecom/Fleet Card
Process renewal of Company and Building Insurance

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in San Juan City and/or Mandaluyong City
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical work or equivalent.
