Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on company initiatives.
Manage and maintain the schedules of General Managers, including appointments and meetings
Serve as the primary point of contact between General Managers and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the General Managers.
Generating reports, monitor and analyze performance metrics.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations for the General Managers.
Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports as requested by the General Managers.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper.
Perform general office duties such as maintaining office equipment, and managing mail.

At-least college graduate. Fresh graduates with strong leadership potential and relevant internships or projects are encouraged to apply.
Admin experience is a plus.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software (Canva and Adobe).
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
