Input data from various sources into the company system accurately and in a timely manner.
Perform verification and validation of incoming data to avoid errors.
Manage and store administrative documents, both in physical and digital formats.
Ensure all data is updated regularly and according to the needs of the relevant departments.
Coordinate with internal teams to support other data administration needs.
Maintain the confidentiality of company information and data.

Minimum education of high school/vocational school, preferably D3/S1 in any field.
Proficient in computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and data input systems.
Detail-oriented, quick, and able to work meticulously.
Possess good administrative and documentation skills.
Able to work both individually and as part of a team.
Punctual, responsible, and capable of completing tasks according to targets.
Experience in administration/data entry is a plus.
Willing to work in a shift system or flexible working hours if needed.
Possess a high level of commitment and integrity in maintaining the confidentiality of company data.
Ready to undergo training or onboarding before starting work (if required).
