Accountant CPA in Paranaque


The Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is responsible for overseeing the financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and accurate reporting of all financial transactions related to casino junket operations. The role ensures strict control over cash flow, gaming-related revenues, commissions, and compliance with gaming, anti-money laundering (AML), and financial regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial reporting, general ledger, and monthly/annual closing
  • Ensure accurate accounting of junket rolling, commissions, rebates, and incentives
  • Monitor and reconcile high-volume cash and chip transactions
  • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, AML laws, and internal controls
  • Coordinate with external auditors, regulators, and casino partners
  • Implement and maintain strong internal control systems for cash-intensive operations
  • Review tax compliance, filings, and statutory reporting requirements
  • Support management in financial risk assessment and cost optimization


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance
  • Must be a CPA
  • Demonstrated proficiency in accounting systems
  • Solid understanding of GAAP-compliant financial reporting
  • Minimum 5–7 years accounting experience, preferably in casino, gaming, or junket operations
  • Strong knowledge of cash-intensive accounting environments
  • Experience with multi-currency transactions and financial controls
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail

  • Works closely with Admin Supervisor in providing an efficient and effective delivery of the following Administrative Services:
  • General Services (janitorial / housekeeping, messengerial records management, utility bills processing)
  • Facility maintenance services
  • Asset/property management
  • Safety and Security services
  • Supply Inventory and Control
  • Does inventory of supplies, office equipment furniture, and other supply requirements
  • Reports and facilitates timely compliance/renewal of all statutory requirements of the company (DTI, LTO, Business Permit, DOLE, etc.)
  • Submits monthly expenses:
  • Maynilad
  • Meralco
  • Globe lines
  • Warehouse/Space Rental
  • Reports and facilitates timely compliance/renewal of all statutory requirements of the company (DTI, LTO, Business Permit, Insurance, etc.)
