  • Purchase Order Management: Prepare, process, and track purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services. 
  • Vendor and Supplier Relations: Act as a point of contact for vendors, maintain positive relationships, resolve discrepancies, and gather quotations. 
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate procurement records, including vendor and supplier databases, contracts, and purchase orders. 
  • Administrative Support: Handle general office duties, such as correspondence, filing, data entry, and coordinating meetings for the procurement team. 
  • Inventory Control: Assist with monitoring inventory levels, tracking stock, and coordinating the replenishment of supplies. 
  • Documentation and Compliance: Audit procurement documents and ensure that purchases and contracts comply with company policies and procedures. 
  • Communication: Liaise with internal departments to understand procurement needs and with suppliers to communicate delivery schedules and order status. 
  • Market Research: Assist with market research to identify potential suppliers, new products, and cost-saving opportunities.
