• College Graduate Business or Any related course
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in the field ex. (Secretary, Human Resources)
• Excellent English written and communication
• Experience in using Microsoft Office (Specifically Excel)
• Experience in Email Correspondence
• Outgoing and Professional
• Knowledgeable in Transaction Slips
• Operations Management

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
• Order office supplies and maintain an organized workspace.
• The employee shall clean the work surroundings.
• Maintains the appointment schedules
• Keep systems and reports up-to-date.
• Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
• Coordinate with all internal stake holders.
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Office Pasay City - On - Site
