- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, maintaining files, and managing correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and communication.
- Coordinate office activities and events, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, strong written and verbal English, effective time management, analytical and organizational skills, and data analysis capabilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours; may require multitasking under tight deadlines.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
