  • Manage daily office correspondence emails, and phone inquiries.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and operational records
  • Assist in the processing releasing and retrieval of parking stickers, access cards, and temporary passes.
  • Coordinate with tenants, vehicle owner, and contractors regarding parking request, renewals and concerns.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, contractors, and service providers for office supplies equipment and services.
  • Prepare purchase request ( PR ) Purchase orders ( PO ), petty cash and related procurement documents.
  • Monitor consumption and stock levels of housekeeping supplies, consumables, and operational materials.
  • Process issue, and retrieve employee ID's, tenant ID's, contractor passes and visitor access cards.


Qualifications:

  • College Graduate and has Office Management Skills, or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in Administrative or operation support.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detailed oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Customer-Service oriented and able to work in fast-paced environment.
