Assist in the preparation and implementation of safety policies and procedures
Ensure that all safety records and documentation are properly maintained and up-to-date
Conduct safety audits and inspections in coordination with safety managers and supervisors
Assist in the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near-miss events, and prepare reports on findings
Coordinate safety training programs for employees and contractors
Monitor and track safety-related metrics, such as incident rates and safety training completion rates
Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans
Communicate and promote safety awareness and best practices throughout the organization

Experience as a safety administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and procedures.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling safety-related documents and reports.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Willing to travel from one site to another
Must undergo and has updated SO Certificate
Willing to start asap
Willing to work on-site in Marikina City
