Project orientation (for awareness and things to observe)
Handing over field employee-client copy
Oversee daily status report of all Site Supervisors or Team Leaders and address all related operation concerns escalated via Viber or operation mobile number such as:
Field attendance (report of absences, lates, AWOL, leave and the likes)
Field employee issue
Performance to replacement (to send EPE)
Daily checking of email and answering concerns from Site Supervisors or Clients.
Maintain manning in all projects by assigning or sending standby reliever to cover:
Absent field employee
Late field employee
Field employee filing for leave
Provide appropriate solutions to address Site Supervisors or Clients issues and concern with strong coordination with HR Officer, Field Officer and Sales.
Collection of Incident Report and NTE and other supporting documents from Site Supervisors or Clients for every reported field employee with infraction.
Update Client for any NOTICE OF DECISION (Level 1 Decision) that involves field employee with infraction.
Level 1 decision (is from Operation)
Level 2 decision (is from Field Officer)
Level 3 decision (is from Human Resource)
Issuance of Report to Office and Return to Work to field employee who have had:
Accident/incident involvement
Absences (unauthorized)
Leave (unauthorized)
Maintain standards of CSI with regards to:
Strict monitoring of field grooming (uniform and personal appearance)
Performance according to field employee trade
Open for 24/7 calls and text in case of site emergency / accident with coordination with HR Officer and Field Officer.
Open for 24/7 calls and text in case of sudden field changes such as: attendance, duty assignment, area assignment and the likes with coordination with HR Officer and Field Officer.
Collection and encoding of field employee schedules to CSI System every end of the month.
Collection, checking of submitted field daily time report and update/align any changes to CSI System every 17 and 2 of the month to be forwarded to Payroll.
Safe keeping of all operation forms, documents, reports etc.
Knowledgeable on how to interact with clients and provide excellent customer service.
Recommend operations plan that can be implemented for improvements.
Performs assigned administrative and clerical tasks.
Submit Weekly Report to HR & Operation Officer.
Report to HR and Operations Officer and Managing Director.
Report to the President or VP-President/Finance as deemed necessary.
Other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
Qualifications:
Must be (4) Four-year College graduate in any related course.
Must have 2 years and up experience in Operations.
Experienced in the position as Project Coordinator is an ADVANTAGE.
Confident and with strong leadership skills.
Can handle and lead a team with confidence.
Good communication skills both oral and written.
Can work Monday to Saturday schedule.
Can start immediately once hired.
Background in Manpower Company (Janitorial/Housekeeping/Manpower) is highly recommended.
