Keystone Lamps and Shades Inc., based in Manila, is a lighting company specializing in the design and manufacture of high-quality, innovative lighting products for residential and commercial spaces.

We are hiring an Admin Innovation Assistant to join our expanding team and support the Keystone Lamps and Shades Innovation Team. This role is crucial in assisting our General Manager and driving business growth. The position requires on-site work at our Manila office.

• Support the innovation team with new projects
• Conduct and monitor inventory
• Compile orders and ensure reports are accurate and up-to-date
• Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time
• Collect, analyze, and report data as required by the innovation team
• Handle other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any four-year business course
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of report generation, quotations, and inventory management
• Minimum of 6 months of administrative work experience
• Collaborative, flexible, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Resident of Manila or willing to work on-site in Manila
