- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Perform data entry and maintain digital filing systems.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong written communication, analytical abilities, and data entry skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in daily operations, manage schedules, perform data entry, and support help desk inquiries.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, regular hours, occasional overtime required.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and possess excellent time management.
