Work Setup:

- Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH

- Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

- Potential for more WFH flexibility based on performance


What You’ll Do:

- Assist in planning and coordinating events

- Manage client folders and communication

- Attend oculars & supplier meetings (with transportation provided!)

- Organize schedules, files, and event needs

- Be the right hand to the planning team from preparation to event day
